This is my second programme with the beautiful Katie Hales., and the UWP showed me that I am worth just as much as everyone else in my life if not more because the magic starts with me and loving me!!
So many things came to light for me but one in particular is that I DO NOT need to fix everyone and everything for people to love me or respect me, and that i can still show them love and support but without it destroying me and all the hard work I put into myself! I have practised this a few times since finishing UWP and it's tools like this that make me an UNSTOPPABLE BEAUTIFUL AMAZING WOMEN!!!
Forever grateful and blessed that I have gained not only more love for myself but I found a beautiful friend in Katie.

I was. Honoured to have a soul session with Katie , she made the experience a safe, calm and relaxing experience. Prior I was busy rushing around mind everywhere .
I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was a beautiful calming space to relax and be at one with myself .
I spent the rest of my day feeling calmer and relaxed just quieter like all my senses had relaxed
